Return Policy

We aim to ensure the quality of our customized merchandise. Please review the following guidelines for returns and claims:

Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund.

To report an issue, email us at support@printstop.us with details and relevant photos (if applicable).

Return Address

The return address defaults to the PrintStop facility. Upon receiving a returned shipment, we will notify you via email.

  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided is insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping after confirming an updated address with us.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility.

  • You will be liable for the reshipping costs.

Returns by Customers

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Additionally:

  • Size exchanges are not offered.
  • Returns for products ordered correctly but no longer wanted are not eligible for refund.
